Hold Button To Turbo
Allows you to hold the Circle/Square/Cross/Triangle buttons to activate turbo mode.
The delay and repeat speeds for the turbo buttons are configurable, and you can turn turbo off for a button if you don't want it to turbo.
No packages depend on MRDX.Qol.TurboInput.
