Removes the border buttons and properly resizes the viewport for HD rendering

Changes the game to use a 16:9 aspect ratio and updates the backgrounds to properly fill the sky box

This mod WILL break touch/click input so use a controller!

No packages depend on MRDX.Graphics.Widescreen.
